Lynette Byrne has over 30 years of experience in finance, management accounting, and administration. She has experience in ensuring statutory compliance, USAID, CDC, and other relevant regulations; financial and cash flow management; monthly management accounting, and financial reporting to the Board. She also has extensive experience in Indirect Cost Rate submissions for USAID (specifically submitting the Incurred Cost Electronic (ICE)submissions for NICRA purposes.
