HAZEL MUPARAGANDA
Hazel Muparaganda is programme officer on the LEAP project in the Health practice. She is based in South Africa.
She has experience in programme planning, coordination, management and implementation.
Hazel holds a master's in Social Policy and Development studies from University of Fort Hare in South Africa and an honours in Sociology from the University of Zimbabwe.
