FIDELE MUKINDA
Dr Fidele Mukinda is a medical doctor based in the DRC. He provides technical support to the National TB Control Program, including strengthening the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes and surveillance system, M&E of TB performance against the National Strategic Plan, capacity building, operational research and use of data for decision making. He has been involved in the evaluation of TB programs and in strengthening health system interventions aimed at reducing mortality and improving the quality and outcome of maternal, neonatal and child health care in four South African health districts. He holds a PhD in Public Health from the University of the Western Cape.
