EMMANUEL MATECHI
Dr Emmanuel Matechi is a senior technical adviser for the Global Fund and TB in Tanzania. He provides technical support to the National TB and Leprosy Program in designing and implementing the National TB and Leprosy Strategic Plan and, specifically, the Global Fund grant. Dr Matechi led national processes such as the review of the National HIV Multisectoral Strategic Framework III. As a consultant in Global Fund processes of application, grant making and review, he has supported Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Angola and Swaziland in different rounds of application.
