Theme: "Yes! Together, we can end TB in DR Congo."
The celebration of World TB Day 2024 in DRC focused around 4 key activities:
- The week of active and free testing for TB, HIV, HBP, diabetes and malaria. This was organized using an innovative approach called "Health Village" implemented within the community from 18 to 24 March 2024
- Free active TB screening in private health care facilities
- A scientific day
- A health walk in honour of people affected by TB followed by a speech by the MOH
